I want to inform you of my recent service experience at my home in Saddle River. Jeff in the showroom was fantastic in helping us understand the salt water system we decided convert for our pool’s sanitation. He helped us arrive at our decision on which salt, products, etc. would be right for our family. We purchased it that day.

Jermaine, Durelle and Seth arrived to install the equipment. They were respectful, courteous, and knowledgeable on all aspects of our pool. They were an absolute PLEASURE to deal with. It was so nice to have a conversation with someone who wasn’t trying to sell me something, but was rather trying to convey to me what was best for my pool. Jermaine connected me with Joaquin who was also very knowledgeable about the best fit for our pool. He was also extremely courteous and extremely professional.
